How often can you clean?
Home visits can be weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Commercial schedules can be daily, weekly, or every two weeks. We also offer one time deep cleans. Tell us how you use the space, and we can plan a schedule that fits it.
What is included in the quote?
We ask about the size of your space, the rooms to clean, how often you need us, and any extra work such as a deep clean or move out. We then make a custom plan and quote so you can see what the visit will cover before we start.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. We bring our own natural cleaning products and equipment. If you have a surface that needs special care or a product you want us to avoid, tell us during the consultation so we can include that in your plan.
Why do you use natural products?
We use natural products in every space we clean. They avoid the harsh chemical smell that some cleaning products leave behind. If you have a concern about a particular surface or ingredient, let us know before the visit so we can review it with you.
How is a deep clean different from a regular visit?
A regular visit keeps the rooms you use every day in order. A deep clean gives more time to details such as grout, baseboards, vents, ceiling fans, and the inside of appliances. We agree on the tasks before we start and check the work with you at the end.
